Just picked up my new Fiat Panda, thanks to Mark for sorting out the transfer of plates so we didn't get two lots of admin charges from my insurance. Great service from Mark and the team as always. I'm sure we will be back soon to order Roy's new car.

Just picked up my gorgeous Fiat 500X & can't thank Mark & the guys enough!! Having previously wasted a Sunday afternoon in a Warrington dealership not being listened to & trying to be flogged every car I didn't want ... dealing with Forward Autos was a total pleasure!! I test drove the model I wanted but it wasn't in the colour I wanted ... there was no pressure to buy it, instead within 2 days Mark had sourced what I did want!! All the paperwork was explained clearly & when I picked my car up Mark spent lots of time showing me all the gadgets & equipment!! I can't recommend these guys highly enough!! Thanks for making my car buying experience such a pleasure ... and I LUV my car!!!!

I picked up my new fiat 500 mirror yesterday and I love it! Mark was very helpful throughout the 10 days whilst we was waiting for it to come. Highly recommend! I first wanted a fiat lounge however Mark rang me on the day I went looking and told me about a deal for the fiat mirror and how it has everything that I need/want. (Also because he knew how quickly I wanted my car) so I got my new fiat mirror in 10 days instead of waiting 10 weeks! Don't think I could have lasted that long!! Couldn't have asked for better customer service and can't thank Mark enough xx

I've just picked up my new (2nd hand) Fiat 500L today and I'm a very happy bunny. This is my 2nd car from Forward and the service only gets better. Bill was helpful, knowledgeable and didn't pressure sell at all, simply showing me a suitable car and offering me a great deal. A thoroughly professional service.

Got my little panda from here last week and I love it. Brilliant car, well maintained and serviced, excellent price and a really good deal on my trade in. The guys were fab too, keeping me up to date with everything and really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Just picked up my new Fiat 500S absolutely over the moon with it. This is the 3rd car I have bought from Forward Autos and highly recommend them. I have dealt with Mark each time and he is so helpful, always goes above and beyond and his knowledge is second to none. Excellent customer service. The staff in the service section have also been brilliant whenever my car has needed a service.

Collected 3 year old 500 on behalf of my Daughter (we live in Peterborough). Car is 'as new' and she is over moon. Excellent company to deal with (both price and level of service). Mark could not have been more helpful - having to jump through hoops to get everything arranged in under 48 hours from first contact (it was only opportunity that I could pick the car up for her). To begin with, I was a bit sceptical about buying a car such a long way off, but a good friend of mine happens to originate from St Helens and when I asked if he knew Forward Autos he told me both he and his dad had bought cars from them and they were both very happy with the level of service (his dad always bought Fiat and wouldn't go anywhere else). If I was after a Fiat in the future, I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

That's why I keep going back to Forward Autos. If Alf on customer services can find a better deal then he will with the aid of brilliant mechanics then he and as you say it's a rare service these days "Well done Forward Autos" -the best

Thanks to the staff at Forward Autos for the brilliant service. I returned for my car expecting to pay £1100 only to be told that they had spent loads of time and found a much cheaper fault, and my bill was £220. That doesn't happen very often now, does it?

Just collected my third little 500 (which I love by the way) from Mark and the team, couldn't ask for better service, they always make buying a new car a pleasure. The service is second to none they are always helpful and patient I would advise anyone looking to buy a fiat....go to Forward Autos if you possibly can you won't be disappointed.
