Automotive Compliance Ltd’s permissions as a Principal Firm allow FORWARD AUTOS LIMITED to act as a credit broker, not a lender, for the introduction to DSG Connected.
We are a credit broker and not a lender. We will only introduce you to DSG Connected who has access to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. We have commercial arrangements in place with DSG Connected. We are not an independent financial adviser and don’t give you any advice or recommendations. It is your choice whether you enter into any finance agreement.
Our approach is to introduce you only to DSG Connected. We will usually receive a commission for your introduction.  This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow.  Rates will either be fixed based on the lender or based on your credit score. Fixed rates are determined by our contractual agreements, and we cannot change this rate. Credit score-based rates are pre-set but are also linked to your individual credit rating. Typically, the higher your credit score, the lower the APR you will receive from a lender.
We will usually receive a commission for your introduction. This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. Before we propose you to DSG Connected, we will tell you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receiving this commission. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement. DSG Connected should also confirm the amount of commission that they receive in a separate declaration.
