Just picked up my new Fiat 500S absolutely
over the moon with it. This is the 3rd car I have bought from Forward Autos and highly recommend them. I have dealt with Mark each time and he is so helpful, always goes above and beyond and his knowledge is second to none. Excellent customer service. The staff in the service section have also been brilliant whenever my car has needed a service
Collected 3 year old 500 on behalf of my Daughter (we live in Peterborough). Car is ‘as new’ and she is over moon. Excellent company to deal with (both price and level of service). Mark could not have been more helpful – having to jump through hoops to get everything
arranged in under 48 hours from first contact (it was only opportunit y that I could pick the car up for her). To begin with, I was a bit sceptical about buying a car such a long way off, but a good friend of mine happens to originate from St Helens and when I asked if he knew Forward Autos he told me both he and his dad had bought cars from them and they were both very happy with the level of service (his dad always bought Fiat and wouldn’t go anywhere else).If I was after a Fiat in the future, I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.
That’s why I keep going back to Forward Autos. If Alf on customer services can find a better deal then he will with the aid of brilliant mechanics then he and as you say it’s a rare service these days “Well done Forward Autos” -the best
Thanks to the staff at Forward Autos for the brilliant service. I returned for my car expecting to pay £1100 only to be told that they had spent loads of time and found a much cheaper fault, and my bill was £220. That doesn’t happen very often now,does it?
Excellent level of customer service, this is my second Fiat 500s with Forwards and I’ve not been left disappointed.
Mark is not your stereotypical car salesman, he listens and gives honest advice. Despite how busy the last week in March was he was able to source my car and had it at the garage within 3 days! I would thoroughly recommend Forwards!
